I just had a thought- they both probably smell terrible…given the time period and supernatural nature of everything. Like, Clayton is a walking corpse and Holt is a werewolf ‘,:]
You really have such a way with fantastic fucked-up body horror and stuff, I’ve loved werewolves for a long time and have long since stopped finding them scary and you brought some real horror to the idea that reignites that feeling.
Also train lady’s Moment with Jo is fun, very relatable. I love how Jo doesn’t mess around with excess politeness when lives are on the line, in a very Her way. She strikes me as a “the fastest way from Point A to Point B is a straight line, so get outta my way” person at times, it’s a neat contrast to Holt and Clayton’s struggles with being civilized monsters of a sort.
